Tom Hearn
From the American Bar at The Savoy to Convent Road.
British bartender Tom Hearn built his career at the American Bar at The Savoy and other London bars before taking over as bar manager at Vesper. He launched the “People of Vesper Vol. 3” menu, and in 2025 the bar received the Legend of the List Award at Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
