Supawit “Palm” Muttarattana
World Class Thailand champion turned founder of Asia’s No.4 bar.
Palm first made his name on the competition circuit, winning Diageo World Class Thailand in 2012 and representing Thailand at the global final. He won the inaugural Campari Bartender Competition Asia in 2019 and was named Bartender of the Year at the Bar Awards Bangkok that same year.
In 2024 he opened Dry Wave Cocktail Studio in Thonglor with co-founder Niwarin “Ae” Phlainoi. Its “Super Classics” menu fuses two established cocktails into one. Dry Wave debuted at No.5 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025, rose to No.4 in 2026 as the Best Bar in Thailand, and entered The 50 Best Bars 2026 at No.27.
