Hong Kong-born mixologist who took Lennon’s into Asia’s top 10.
Rosewood Bangkok appointed KT Lam as Director of Bars in May 2025, overseeing Lennon’s as well as the bars at Nan Bei and Lakorn. He came from Rosewood Phnom Penh’s Sora. Before that he spent four years as beverage manager at DarkSide, Rosewood Hong Kong, which ranked No.9 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023, and was head bartender at Zuma Hong Kong.
Lennon’s entered Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026 at No.7 with the Highest New Entry Award, and its Bartender Series brings guest shifts from around the region.
