Dedthodsaphak Restaurant

Dedthodsaphak is a long-running Thai restaurant in Kanchanaburi Town known for its river fish dishes. The deep-fried snakehead fish with herbs and the sour curry with river prawns are both excellent. The dining room is functional and unpretentious. This is where locals bring out-of-town guests. Expect to pay 150-300 baht per person for a full spread with rice and several shared plates.
