Always One Plaza

Always One Plaza is a compact indoor shopping center on Tanao Road, about a five-minute walk from Khao San Road's main strip. It caters heavily to the backpacker crowd with cheap phone accessories, travel adapters, luggage, and knock-off clothing. The ground floor has a few phone repair shops that can fix a cracked screen in under an hour for 500-800 baht. Air-conditioned and never too crowded, it works as a quick escape from the midday heat. The upper floors have a few tailors and a couple of hair salons popular with travelers looking for a fresh cut before heading south to the islands.
