Southern Thailand
Two coastlines, two characters. The Andaman side — Phuket, Krabi, Phang Nga, Trang — serves up the dramatic limestone karst scenery, world-class diving (Similan and Surin Islands), and beaches that define tropical paradise. The Andaman season runs November through April; the Gulf coast peaks January through September.
