Introduction

How to Get There

The easiest way to get to Parola Island is by taking a private vehicle or hiring a tricycle from Tanay town proper. From there, you can drive or ride a tricycle to Barangay Sampaloc, where you can find a boat that will take you to the island.

  • From Manila, take a bus bound for Tanay at the Araneta Center Bus Terminal or Cubao Bus Terminal. Travel time is approximately 2-3 hours.
  • From Tanay town proper, take a tricycle to Barangay Sampaloc. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes.
  • From Barangay Sampaloc, rent a boat to take you to Parola Island. Travel time is approximately 15-20 minutes.
