About Avilon Zoo

Avilon Zoo is a privately-owned zoo located in the Rizal Province of the Philippines. It is home to over 3,000 animals from more than 500 species, making it one of the largest zoos in the country.

The zoo is divided into seven sections: Bird Walk, Philippine Rainforest, Amphibian and Reptile Center, Savannah, Trail of the Giants, World of Birds, and the Animal Nursery. Each section showcases different species of animals and their habitats.

Visiting Avilon Zoo

Avilon Zoo is open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Admission fees are Php 800 for adults and Php 600 for children (2-12 years old) and senior citizens (60 years old and above).

The zoo offers various activities and experiences such as animal encounters, feeding sessions, and guided tours. These activities may have additional fees and should be booked in advance.

Visitors are reminded to follow the zoo's rules and regulations, which include not feeding the animals, not littering, and not making loud noises or sudden movements that may disturb the animals.

Avilon Zoo also has a restaurant and souvenir shop for visitors to enjoy.

Getting to Avilon Zoo

Avilon Zoo is located in Barrio San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal, Philippines. It is approximately an hour's drive from Manila.

Visitors may take a private car or hire a taxi to get to the zoo. There is also a shuttle service available from selected hotels in Manila for a fee.
