Yuzawa-Onsen Ski Resort has a total of 19 ski runs, ranging from beginner to advanced levels. The longest run is 4.5km and the resort also offers a terrain park for snowboarders. With an average annual snowfall of 12 meters, the ski season at Yuzawa-Onsen typically runs from late November to early May.

Getting There

Yuzawa-Onsen Ski Resort is easily accessible by train from Tokyo. Take the Joetsu Shinkansen to Echigo-Yuzawa Station, which takes about 80 minutes. From there, take a free shuttle bus to the resort, which takes about 15 minutes.
