The easiest way to get to Changbin Coast is by car or scooter. From Taitung City, take Provincial Highway 11 north towards Hualien. The coast is located between the towns of Changbin and Dulan.

You can also take a bus from Taitung City to Changbin. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
