About the Museum

The Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts was established in 1994 and is the only public fine arts museum in southern Taiwan. The museum has a collection of over 4,000 pieces of artwork, including paintings, sculptures, and installations, from both local and international artists. The museum also hosts various exhibitions and events throughout the year.


The museum has several exhibition halls that showcase various types of artwork. Some of the current exhibitions include:
