Come hungry and head for Pier 21, the mall’s beloved food court where local staples are great value — think pad kra pao, boat noodles, and mango sticky rice for about 40–70 THB. Grab a Thai iced tea, find a seat by the “harbor” windows, and people‑watch as Pattaya families, Bangkok weekenders, and expats cycle through. When the heat hits, this is an easy, air‑conditioned pit stop that won’t rinse your budget. Beyond the cheap eats, you’ll find international fashion brands, cafés for a caffeine top‑up, and an SF Cinema upstairs when you want a blockbuster break. Late afternoon is a sweet spot: arrive around 5pm, snap the airplane and city‑themed sets in golden light outside, then duck in for dinner and a movie. Practicalities: it’s at 777/1 Moo 6, Na Kluea, right by Dolphin Circle at the north end of Beach Road. Open daily from 11am; most shops close 10pm, with later hours on weekends. A Baht bus from Beach Road or Second Road drops you at the roundabout — just hop off when you see the plane.
