Stairway to Viewpoint

The Stairway to Viewpoint is the main trail connecting Tonsai Village to the famous Phi Phi viewpoints. The concrete steps start gently and get progressively steeper — you'll feel it in your legs within ten minutes. Small drink vendors along the way sell cold water at progressively higher prices as you climb. The path is well-marked and manageable for anyone in reasonable fitness. Start early to beat both the heat and the crowds.
