Sisubar

Sisubar is a compact cocktail spot on Lonely Beach where the bartender takes mixing seriously. The menu changes seasonally but leans toward rum-based tropical drinks and gin creations with Thai herbs — lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangal. Cocktails average 160-200 baht. The space is tight, maybe eight barstools and a few tables. The music is curated (house, funk, soul) and kept at conversation volume. It's where you go when you've outgrown buckets of whiskey and want something that actually tastes good.
