Sale e Pepe is a second Italian option on Lonely Beach, this one leaning more toward pasta and grilled meats than pizza. The tagliatelle with porcini and the osso buco are standouts. Mains run 200-400 baht — upmarket for the area but reasonable for what you get. The Italian owner sources what he can from Bangkok importers and improvises the rest with Thai ingredients. The wine list is short but thoughtful. Dinner only, and reservations are smart during high season (November-February).
