This is one of the original roti sai mai shops in Ayutthaya, and the Sangaroon family has been making the candy-floss-filled flatbreads for decades. Roti sai mai is Ayutthaya's signature street sweet: thin roti wrapped around colorful threads of spun palm sugar. Buy a bag to go. They make them fresh continuously throughout the day.
