Classes run in three daily slots — morning, afternoon, and dinner — which makes it easy to slot between beach time and sunset. You’ll choose a dish from each category and cook the hits properly: green curry or massaman, pad thai or pad see ew, tom yum or tom kha, plus a sweet finish like mango sticky rice. Expect clear coaching, good energy, and enough technique to actually recreate this at home.
