Bophut’s Night Market spills along Fisherman’s Village on Bophut Beach Road, most lively on Friday nights around 5pm–11pm. Follow the string lights by the sea and wander the lane; it’s an easy stroll from the old pier through the village with the Gulf breeze for company. Come hungry: grilled squid and moo ping (40–80 THB), pad thai and roti, fresh coconuts, plus mojitos in plastic cups (80–120 THB). Stalls sell handmade soaps, sarongs, and island spices. Expect a friendly mix of locals and travelers; bring cash and a bit of patience after 7pm when it gets shoulder-to-shoulder.
