N'dol's Mini Mart is a small, family-run shop in Khao Sok Village covering the basics: water, snacks, instant noodles, toiletries, and cold drinks. It won't have everything, but what it stocks is fairly priced. The owner is friendly and knows the village well enough to point you toward the right restaurant or tour operator if you ask.
