Krua Apsorn @Dinso is the Khao San-area standby for old-school Thai flavors. It’s on Dinso Road, a short walk from Democracy Monument and about 10 minutes from Khao San. Come for lunch or early dinner—queues start around 12pm. Mains run 120–200 THB; the famed crab omelette sits around 320 THB (~$9). Order the crab omelette (kai jeaw poo), stir-fried crab with yellow chili, and the green beans with minced pork and salted fish.
