Another entry in Ayutthaya's boat noodle tradition, Klong Srabua draws its name from the lotus canal area. The noodles here follow the classic formula: dark aromatic broth, thin rice noodles, pork or beef, served in small bowls you stack as you eat. The shop sits in a characterful part of the old town, away from the main tourist drag.
