Khao Lak Beach
About
Khao Lak Beach is the main stretch of sand that defines the area — long, wide, and backed by casuarina trees rather than high-rises. The sand is golden-brown and the water is warm and clear during high season. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available from adjacent restaurants. Quieter than Phuket's beaches with a fraction of the crowds. Good swimming from November through April.
