You'll find things like coconut oil, protein bars, herbal teas, and mosquito repellent that isn't loaded with chemicals. Prices are higher than mainland Krabi — you're paying the island premium — but it beats hunting for this stuff elsewhere on the peninsula. Useful if you're staying on Railay for more than a day or two and want alternatives to fried rice and Chang beer. The selection is limited but surprisingly decent for such an isolated spot.
