Order at the counter, watch the barista pull shots, and let the pastry case do the convincing. The draw here is simple, well-made coffee and home-baked tarts. Regulars swear by the lemon tart for its sharp-sweet snap; coconut, almond, caramel and banoffee rotate through the case, all on shortcrust that actually flakes. Non‑coffee folks aren’t left out — there are iced teas and other soft sips to cool down the afternoon heat. Prices are friendly and the vibe stays relaxed; you’ll see office workers grabbing takeaway in the morning and couples lingering over sweets later in the day. Come early if you want first pick of the bakes — doors open at 7am and popular flavors can sell out by late afternoon. It’s an easy stop when you’re moving around central Rayong; swing through for a caffeine hit and a tart before exploring the old streets nearby or heading to the beachfront.
