Sunset on Sairee Beach is what Fizz does best. Right on the sand in central Sairee (Koh Tao’s west coast), it’s the spot for beanbag lounging with toes in the water and a cold drink in hand. Expect well-made classics—mojitos and G&Ts—around 200–240 THB, and big bottles of Chang from ~100 THB.
The kitchen turns out shareable bites and Thai standards so you can settle in as the sky goes pink. Crowd is a mix of backpackers, dive crews, and island staff easing into the night before drifting down Sairee’s bar strip. Aim for golden hour and stay until the fairy lights switch on.
