Dolphin Circle
Pattaya’s go-to meeting point opposite Terminal 21. Snap the dolphin statue at sunset, grab street snacks, then hop a songthaew — most routes pass here. Free, open 24/7, and the handiest landmark when you’re plotting a night out on Beach Road.
About
Stand at the north end of Pattaya Beach Road and you can’t miss the dolphin statue ringed by traffic and neon. This is Dolphin Circle — the classic meeting point where North Pattaya Road, Second Road and the beachfront all converge. It’s opposite Terminal 21 Pattaya, so you’ve got coffee, air‑con and clean restrooms across the street if you need a pit stop.
Come late afternoon for the best light. The chrome dolphins glow as the sun drops over the bay, making it an easy photo stop before dinner. Street carts roll up with grilled squid and coconut ice cream, buskers drift through, and the sidewalks give you safe sightlines without dodging scooters. It’s more landmark than attraction, but it anchors the neighborhood.
Practical use: it’s a navigation hub. Songthaews loop past every couple of minutes along Beach Road and North Pattaya Road, so it’s simple to hop rides up to Wong Amat or down toward Central Pattaya. From here you’re a short walk to beachfront bars, Alcazar Cabaret on Second Road, and the mall’s food court if you’re after a cheap bite. Free, 24/7, and the easiest place to say “meet me here” in North Pattaya.
