Coffee Anchan is a small specialty coffee cart on Walking Street serving drinks made with butterfly pea flower (anchan in Thai), which turns everything a striking blue-purple. Butterfly pea latte 80 baht, regular coffee 60-90. They also make anchan lemonade that changes color when you squeeze the lime. The color-shifting drinks are genuinely fun to watch. The coffee itself is decent — locally sourced Thai beans, properly pulled. A quick, photogenic stop on the Walking Street stroll.
