Chay4 noodle kohchang

Chay4 Noodle is a tiny noodle shop on Lonely Beach specializing in boat noodles (kuay tiaw reua) — the rich, dark-broth bowls that are traditionally served in small portions so you can order three or four. Each bowl runs about 40-50 baht. The broth is simmered for hours with pork bones, dried spices, and a splash of blood for that distinctive depth. They also do a solid tom yum noodle soup. The shop is barely six tables and closes by mid-afternoon. Get there for lunch.
