Café LÉ Inguz - BEST Coffee (เลอ อิงกูซ)

A proper specialty coffee shop on Railay, which is saying something — most places here serve instant or basic drip. LÉ Inguz pulls real espresso shots and does pour-overs with Thai single-origin beans. An iced latte runs about 90-120 baht. The space is small but well-designed with a few tables inside and seating out front. It's the kind of place climbers and digital nomads camp out at in the morning before the heat kicks in. The baristas clearly care about what they're doing. If you've spent three days drinking Nescafé from beach shacks, this place will feel like salvation.
