Big Elk Steak House brings Scandinavian-style grilled meats to Lonely Beach. The owner imports beef cuts and serves them with proper sides — mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, pepper sauce. Steaks run 350-600 baht, which is a fraction of what you'd pay in Bangkok for comparable quality. The restaurant is small, maybe ten tables, with a homey wooden interior.
