Terms
and conditions: Depending on the time of year (peak season
- Christmas, New Year, etc.) Viengtai Hotel may ask you to
provide credit card details to guarantee a room booking. Should
you be unwilling to provide credit card details, Viengtai
Hotel might still be able to book a room for you providing
you give exact time of arrival to the hotel - both night or
day. Viengtai Hotel will keep a reserved room until 15.00
on the required day. Please note that unless there is a cancellation
without notification (3 days in advance by fax or email),
or a 'NO SHOW' (you don't turn up), rooms are not charged
until you arrive.
People
who book one the 'same day' (including time zone differences)
and do not receive confirmation of a booked room by email
from Viengtai Hotel risk missing the discount available to
www.khaosanroad.com visitors. Although www.khaosanroad.com
will do its best to ensure that a room is availble to people
making 'last minute' bookings, full discount rates can not
be guarenteed under these circumstances. Where possible, book
2 or 3 days in adavnce of your journey. Viengtai
Hotel is a family concern and therefore very flexible. It's
possible exceptions to the above terms and conditions can
be agreed in advance, so please, don't be afraid to tell Viengtai
Hotel about your requirements!
