Payment
Policy:
- Guests make an online deposit of 10% of
the room fee to KhaoSanRoad.com (Khao San
Internet and Marketing Co., Ltd.) by credit
card through the PaySBuy payment gateway
(https://www.paysbuy.com/).

The remaining 90% of the room fee will be
paid on arrival to Top Inn.
- An additional 30 Baht administration fee
will be charged per booking.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Customers cancelling more than 3 days prior
to arrival will receive a deposit refund
through PaySBuy.

The amount due will be returned to your
credit card by PaySBuy.

Customers cancelling less than 3 days prior
to arrival and those who do not arrive to
take up their booked accommodation will
not receive a deposit refund and will also
be charged 90% of the room fee – an amount
equal to one night’s accommodation with
the deposit.

Customers leaving early after checking in
will not receive a refund. |
