Child & Extra Person Policy:
1. Maximum 1 extra bed or additional guest
per room.
2. Children under 6 years old are allowed
to stay free of charge in parent's room
and using an existing bed.
3. Extra person over 6 years old is considered
adult and charged 400 Baht per day with
an extra bed.
Room Guarentee Deposit
1. The Key Deposit of 1000 Baht cash per
room is required when check-in and will
be returned when check-out.
Payment Policy:
1.
Guests make an online deposit of 8% of the
room fee to KhaoSanRoad.com (Khao San Internet
and Marketing Co., Ltd.) by credit card
through the PaySBuy payment gateway (https://www.paysbuy.com/).
2.
The remaining 92% of the room fee will be
paid on arrival to Rambuttri Village Inn.
3.
An additional 30 Baht administration fee
will be charged per booking.
Cancellation/Refund
Policy:
1.
Customers cancelling more than 3 days prior
to arrival will receive a deposit refund
through PaySBuy. The amount due will be
returned to your credit card by PaySBuy.
2.
Customers cancelling less than 3 days prior
to arrival and those who do not arrive to
take up their booked accommodation will
not receive a deposit refund and will also
be charged 90% of the room fee - an amount
equal to one night's accommodation with
the deposit.
3.
Customers leaving early after checking in
will not receive a refund.
