Hotel Policy
- "Outsiders" are not allowed to stay with the hotel's guests
- Friends, Relatives and "Strangers" are not allowed on the
premises after 11:00 p.m. or an "extra person" charge may
applied.
- Direct International Calls are credited at 1,000 Baht - the balance
must be paid before using the service.
- A deposit of 1,000 Baht cash is required (paid at the front desk before
check-in) to cover loss of key, damages, etc.
Child Policy
- For children under 6 years of age there is no charge for sharing a
room with parents, although breakfast must be purchased separately.
- For children between 6 to 11 years of age there is a charge of 250
Baht for room and breakfast.
- Children over 12 years old are charged as an adult 1,000 Baht net
including breakfast.
Payment Policy
- Guests make an online deposit of 8% of the room fee to KhaoSanRoad.com
(Khao San Internet and Marketing Co., Ltd.) by credit card through the
PaySBuy payment gateway (https://www.paysbuy.com/).
- The remaining 92% of the room fee will be paid on arrival to Navalai
River Resort.
- An additional 30 Baht administration fee will be charged per booking.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Customers cancelling more than 3 days prior to arrival will receive
a deposit refund through PaySBuy. The amount due will be returned to
your credit card by PaySBuy.
- Customers cancelling less than 3 days prior to arrival and those who
do not arrive to take up their booked accommodation will not receive
a deposit refund and will also be charged 90% of the room fee – an amount
equal to one night’s accommodation with the deposit.
- Customers leaving early after checking in will not receive a refund.
