It’s
actually only 5 minutes walk from Khao San Road to KS House, but surprisingly
it’s a trip most people don’t make… which is shame. Just 5 minutes
around the corner and things get considerably more Thai and a lot
less commercial...
That's why KS House is a good choice... Rooms offer UBC cable TV and

KS
House is right smack bang in the middle of Thailand! The District
Hall is just round the corner, as is Pratsument Park… a lot less well-known
than Suan Luan but equally as relaxing! Also, the area has a lot of
food stalls and places to eat authentic Thai food... |

KS House has clean, functional rooms at reasonable prices,
and it’s got the services you need for a convenient
stay… laundry at 35 Baht a kilo (with pricesfor individual
itemstoo) …safe deposit boxes that have a dual key system
for added security… if you are off on your adventures
you can leave you luggage at KS House – free if it’s
just the day and 10 Baht a day per piece for a longer
period. All major floors have CCTV. What’s best about
KS House is its upstairs restaurant… Great place to
meet people and have a good time…

The
upstairs restaurant has a CD player and you can bring your
own CDs to listen to the sounds YOU like… The food is great,
and reasonably priced, too. American Breakfast (2 pieces
of toast, fried egg or scrambled egg, ham or bacon or sausage
coffee or tea, pineapple or orange juice) comes in at only
80 Baht. A plate of Fried Rice with Shrimps costs only 35
Baht. A Tuna Salad comes in at 40 Baht. A Club Sandwich
comes in at 60 Baht. American Fired Rice is 70 Baht. KS
House also offers a good range of beers and plenty of soft
drinks. Aside from the upstairs restaurant, KS House has
a number of communial points where people can meet up with
other people...
