Northern

Welcome to Phrae, an old and important community in Northern Thailand. Phrae was founded shortly after Chiang Mai had been established as the capital of the Lanna Thai kingdom. The province has one of the largest reserves of teak forests in the country and is located on the banks of the Yom River.
Part of Nakhon Ratchasima Province to the north of Thailand, Phimai is a great place to visit for those with a keen interest in history and culture, and the small town also has some beautiful nature spots in which to enjoy a picnic and relax for a while away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Located roughly 345 kilometres north of Bangkok, Phichit is known as the land of the crocodiles. In the past, this area was home to a large number of ferocious land crocodiles and now contains several fresh-water crocodile farms.
Located halfway between Chiang Mai and Mae Hong Son, Pai is an intimate little village which draws visitors from all over the world with its cool climate, friendly locals and stunning scenery, which includes mountains and waterfalls. As soon as you arrive in Pai, the fresh mountain air and warm smiles make you feel at home and slow your pace a little.
Welcome to Nan, a quiet and tranquil province, of heavily forested mountains, the highest of which is Doi Phu Kha, measuring a colossal 2000 meters. Located about 668 kilometres from Bangkok, Nan is nestled in a verdant valley in northern Thailand where you will find a warm welcome and a place to watch the world go by.
