  Fairtex - Be Inspired

Fairtex Muaythai Fitness is located on the outskirts of the Bangkok hub at Samut Prakan, Bangpleeyai. For decades this premier training camp has appealed to modern-day warriors, athletes and fitness adventurers.

Outfitted with all the necessary amenities and serviced with legendary Thai hospitality, the camp provides a superbly inspiring environment crafted to bring out a person's fighting best.

State-of-the-art facilities have been rendered with modern Thai styling in a sports appealing mix that's designed for pursuing a special kind of vitality.

Challenging, exhilarating and safe, Muaythai demands and develops total physical fitness, including strength, power, stamina, speed, balance, rhythm, coordination, flexibility, and abdominal development.
As suitable for fitness, weight-loss and body sculpting as it is for elite combat, Muaythai improves the mind by emphasizing calmness, focus, and self-control. For this reason, many consider it an ideal and complete method of exercise.

Pro-style training (open to all) typically begins at 6am, beginning with a jogging and gym work followed by numerous rounds of one-on-one Thai Pad training in the boxing ring, followed by some rounds of heavy bag training, and light sparring (for those interested in fight training). A few rounds of abdominal and muscular conditioning complete the workout. The sequence is repeated again at 3pm, with less formal training available in the evening as well.
