Erawan House is a bit of a surprise. The rooms are genuinely nice - clean, comfortable, and very much what you might expect from a hotel. All rooms have
TV and cable TV (HBO, CNN, ESPN), hot and cold water shower, and International Direct Dial telephones. Superior rooms come with their own fridge and two free bottles of water a day. Well recommended by everyone who has stayed there, Erawan House is a breath if fresh air - you will see the difference! Wireless internet access free of charge!

  Payment Policy:
Guests make an online deposit of 10% of the room fee to KhaoSanRoad.com (Khao San Internet and Marketing Co., Ltd.) by credit card through the PaySBuy payment gateway (https://www.paysbuy.com/).
The remaining 90% of the room fee will be paid on arrival to Erawan House.
An additional 30 Baht administration fee will be charged per booking.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Customers cancelling more than 3 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund through PaySBuy. The amount due will be returned to your credit card by PaySBuy.
Customers cancelling less than 3 days prior to arrival and those who do not arrive to take up their booked accommodation will not receive a deposit refund and will also be charged 90% of the room fee – an amount equal to one night’s accommodation with the deposit.
Customers leaving early after checking in will not receive a refund.
 

Term and Conditions:

1. Check in time: 13:00.
2. Check out time: 12:00.
3. Check out time extended to 19:00 - half rate charged.
4. Check out time extended to after 19:00 - full rate charged.
5. Please state your arrival time when you send your booking
6. If you arrive late, your booking will be held until 15:00 after this your room will be released.
7. If you know you are going to arrive later than 13:00 you should send a credit card number to guarantee your booking or you must make special arrangements with the hotel to arrive later.
8. Please make your booking 3 days before your arrival.
9. No extra beds provided.
