Notes: All prices nett and include breakfast. Single or double occupancy. Extra bed will be charged at Bht. 500 nett per person Terms and Conditions: 1) Please reserve the room at least 3 days in advance. 2) The room will be kept until 16.00 hrs for clients with advance booking and estimated arrival time. In case the guest would like to check in later than 16.00 hrs, Baan Chantra would request for the credit card number with name and expiry date to ensure the availability. 3) In case the guest does not state the arrival time, the room will be kept until 14.00 hrs. After that, the room will be released. 4) Check out time is 12 noon. Check out time until 18.00 hrs. will be charged at half day rate. Full day rate will be applied for any check out after 18.00 hrs. 5) Cancellation policy: Cancellation: Written cancellation received at least 10 days in advance of your stay at no charge. Less than 10 days-we will charge the equivalent of one night's stay. |
