1. AURUM, The River Place is a non-smoking hotel. Please
do not smoke on entire property.
2. Prices are net and including breakfast.
3. Rooms are for two persons stay (please check availability
for extra bed and baby cot).
4. Check in time 14.00 and check out time 12.00 noon (
Early check-in or Late check-out is upon availability,
please check ).
5. Please send your estimated arrival time upon reservation.
6. Credit card details may be asked to guarantee room
booking (but not to be charged). Payment to be settled
upon arrival.
7. Any cancellation must be in writing and send by fax
or email 3 days (72 hours) before your arrival for regular
season during 1 Mar - 31 Oct, and 15 days before your
arrival for high season during 1 Nov - 29 Feb
8. Cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival will
be charged for one night during regular season (1 Mar
- 31 Oct ) and 15 days before
arrival for high season ( 1 Nov - 29 Feb ).
